How to reset my password?
Goal
Recover access to your client area when you forget your password.
Steps
- Go to the client area login page.
- Click Forgot your password?
- Type the email registered on your account.
- Check your inbox and open the recovery link.
- Create a new, strong password.
Security recommendations
- Use at least 12 characters.
- Combine uppercase, lowercase, numbers and symbols.
- Do not reuse passwords from other services.
If the email does not arrive
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Verify that the email you entered is correct.
- If it persists, open a ticket with support for identity validation.
