How to reset my password?

Goal

Recover access to your client area when you forget your password.

Steps

  1. Go to the client area login page.
  2. Click Forgot your password?
  3. Type the email registered on your account.
  4. Check your inbox and open the recovery link.
  5. Create a new, strong password.

Security recommendations

  • Use at least 12 characters.
  • Combine uppercase, lowercase, numbers and symbols.
  • Do not reuse passwords from other services.

If the email does not arrive

  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • Verify that the email you entered is correct.
  • If it persists, open a ticket with support for identity validation.
