How do I upgrade my plan to one with a higher capacity?
If you want to upgrade to the next plan, you can do so from the Details button that appears in your customer area, within the “My Services” section. The system automatically calculates the proportional cost, based on the time remaining on your current plan and the price of the new plan.
Example (fictitious prices)
Suppose you signed up for plan B1 ($100) and, after 6 months, you want to switch to plan B2 ($200). The calculation is like this:
- Of the $100 paid, $50 was already consumed in the first half of the year → you have $50 credit left for the remaining 6 months.
- Plan B2, prorated to 6 months, would cost $100.
- Then you pay $100 − $50 (credit) = $50.
