Change DNS enom domains

Aim

Update the nameservers of a domain registered with eNom.

Steps

1. Enter the client area and open the domain administration.
2. Locate the Nameservers section.
3. Capture the new DNS (example: ns1..., ns2...).
4. Save changes.
5. Confirm that the system marks the request as accepted.

Considerations

• The domain must not be in a blocked state for administrative issues.
• DNS propagation is not immediate; It may take up to 24-48 hours.

Validation

• Nameservers updated in panel.
• Domain resolving to the expected destination.

Operational advice

Make the change during off-peak hours and avoid modifying DNS unnecessarily during important campaigns or launches.
