How to block spam from reaching the email
If you receive a lot of spam, go to your cPanel and enable Apache SpamAssassin. We recommend leaving the threshold at 5 (the default value) and seeing how much mail it captures. Later you can lower it (more strict) or raise it (less strict).
Emails identified as spam are marked with the prefix ***SPAM*** in the subject, but will continue to arrive in your inbox. If you prefer, activate the Spam Box so that they are diverted to a separate folder called spam.
If you receive a lot of spam from a specific account, you can block it globally from cPanel → Global Email Filters.
Enter How do I access my Control Panel? (cPanel) .
