If you want to create an email without complication and have it ready to use today, this is the safest flow.

What you are going to achieve

Create an email account for your domain in cPanel, validate it in Webmail and prepare it for Outlook, iPhone, Android or Gmail.

Before you start

  • Active access to cPanel.
  • Active domain in your service.
  • Defined account name (e.g. ventas, soporte).
  • Secure password ready (ideally in a manager).

Fast route

  1. Log in to cPanel via HTTPS.
  2. Open Email Accounts / Email Accounts.
  3. Create the account with a strong password.
  4. Adjust storage quota.
  5. Test access in Webmail.

Step 1: log in to cPanel

Access your cPanel URL and confirm that you are in the correct account.

Step 2: Open Email Accounts

  • Your domain does not appear in the form: confirm that the domain is active on that hosting account.
  • Password rejected: use the cPanel generator or a stronger password.
  • Does not authenticate in Webmail: uses the full email as user (cuenta@dominio.com) and checks the exact password.
