How to send emails in bulk

Our data center policies adhere to the spam protection measures created in the CAN-SPAM law. Before sending any email in bulk, you must adhere to these rules:

  1. Your email must include a clearly visible link to unsubscribe and, in case of unsubscription, carry it out within a period of no more than 10 days.
  2. The email accounts should have been collected with the consent of the reader.
  3. You must include the physical address of the establishment that is being promoted.
  4. The title of the message must be consistent with the content and not be misleading.
  5. The “From” field must include a real and current email address.

If your email is commercial, it must follow these rules. If it is of another nature—for example, tracking a transaction or customer relationship—it may be exempt. To find out if you are exempt, see official FTC guide .
