What is the maximum number of emails per hour allowed?
The standard outbound limit is 250 emails per hour per account/service (depending on current configuration).
Why does this limit exist?
To protect IP reputation and reduce abuse/spam on shared servers.
What happens if you exceed it
- Your shipments may be temporarily blocked.
- In repeated cases, the account may undergo security review.

- Distribute campaigns in batches.
- Use clean lists (no invalid emails).
- Configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly.
