Why do messages sent to my domain email bounce?
If you see something like this:
The message you sent requires that you verify that you are a real
live human being and not a spam source.
To complete this verification, simply reply to this message and leave
the subject line intact.
The headers of the message sent from your address are shown below:
It has to do with the BoxTrapper configuration. BoxTrapper protects your inbox from spam: force anyone not on your whitelist to respond to a verification email before their message arrives.
If you want to disable it, go to your cPanel and, in the Emails section, look for the BoxTrapper icon. You can deactivate it per account or for all at once.
