What are the payment methods?
Goal
Know the current payment methods at NubeHost and how to report your payment so your service activates or renews without delays.
Payment methods available
- PayPal
- Credit or debit card
- Bank transfer
- Bank deposit
- Mercado Pago
Steps to credit your payment
- Enter the customer area and open the pending invoice.
- Choose the payment method you prefer.
- Complete the payment and save your receipt.
- If you paid by transfer, deposit or external Mercado Pago, report the receipt via ticket or as a reply to the invoice.
Validation
- The invoice appears as Paid in the customer area.
- You receive confirmation by email.
- Your service changes to active status (if it was pending payment).
Common problems
- Payment is not reflected: check that the reference/invoice number is correct.
- Duplicate payment: open a ticket to apply credit balance or refund per policy.
- Mercado Pago rejected: try another method or regenerate the transaction from the invoice.
