Goal

Know the current payment methods at NubeHost and how to report your payment so your service activates or renews without delays.

Payment methods available

  • PayPal
  • Credit or debit card
  • Bank transfer
  • Bank deposit
  • Mercado Pago

Steps to credit your payment

  1. Enter the customer area and open the pending invoice.
  2. Choose the payment method you prefer.
  3. Complete the payment and save your receipt.
  4. If you paid by transfer, deposit or external Mercado Pago, report the receipt via ticket or as a reply to the invoice.

Validation

  • The invoice appears as Paid in the customer area.
  • You receive confirmation by email.
  • Your service changes to active status (if it was pending payment).

Common problems

  • Payment is not reflected: check that the reference/invoice number is correct.
  • Duplicate payment: open a ticket to apply credit balance or refund per policy.
  • Mercado Pago rejected: try another method or regenerate the transaction from the invoice.
