Yes, you can downgrade, but first you must validate that your current usage does not exceed the limits of the new plan.

Before applying

  • Check disk space and active email accounts.
  • Confirm CPU/memory and database consumption.
  • Check renewal date to apply the change at the best time.
  1. Open a ticket requesting downgrade and indicating the destination plan.
  2. Support validates service compatibility.
  3. Administrative/billing adjustment is generated if applicable.
  4. Date of execution of the change is confirmed.

Important

If your account uses more resources than the target plan, you must first release/optimize to avoid failures after the change.
