IP Blocking (Steps to Unblock IP)
Your IP may be temporarily blocked for security, for example after several failed attempts to access cPanel, email or FTP.
How to unlock
- Get your public IP (you can see it in search engines by typing “my ip”).
- Open support ticket from the customer area.
- Indicates:
- Affected domain or service
- IP blocked
- What access fails (cPanel, webmail, FTP, web)
- Wait for unlock confirmation and try again.
Prevention
- Avoid multiple attempts with incorrect password.
- Use a password manager to avoid mistakes.
- If you changed your password, update it on all your devices/apps.
