IP Blocking (Steps to Unblock IP)

Your IP may be temporarily blocked for security, for example after several failed attempts to access cPanel, email or FTP.

How to unlock

  1. Get your public IP (you can see it in search engines by typing “my ip”).
  2. Open support ticket from the customer area.
  3. Indicates:
  • Affected domain or service
  • IP blocked
  • What access fails (cPanel, webmail, FTP, web)
  1. Wait for unlock confirmation and try again.

Prevention

  • Avoid multiple attempts with incorrect password.
  • Use a password manager to avoid mistakes.
  • If you changed your password, update it on all your devices/apps.
