Forgot cPanel username and password (control panel)

If you forgot your password and can’t access cPanel or FTP, you can view or reset it from the customer area.

Steps

  1. Enter https://portal.nubehost.cloud/clientarea.php?action=products&language=english .
  2. Click See details of your service.
  3. Open the Change Password tab.
  4. There you can see your current username and password, or assign a new one.
