How do I access my Control Panel? (cPanel)

Aim

Access cPanel safely and quickly, even if your domain is still propagated or if you don’t remember the exact path.

Requirements

• Active hosting service.
• cPanel username and password (or access to the customer area).

Access methods

1) From the customer area (recommended)

1. Log in to https://portal.nubehost.cloud/clientarea.php?language=english .
2. Open your hosting service.
3. Click on Access cPanel.

2) By URL with your domain

• https://tudominio.com/cpanel

3) By temporary IP (if DNS does not propagate)

• https://IP_DEL_SERVIDOR:2083

Always use HTTPS and avoid sharing credentials by email or chat.

Validation

• You enter the cPanel dashboard without error.
• You can see sections such as Files, Mail and Databases.
• The session remains active with your correct user.

Common problems

• Credential error: Reset password from customer area or request support.
• Does not load per domain: uses temporary IP method while propagating DNS.
• Blocking for failed attempts: wait a few minutes or request IP unblocking from support.
