Reset cPanel password
If you lost access to cPanel or FTP, you can change your password from your customer area.
Steps
- Enter the customer area.
- Go to Services > select your hosting.
- Open the Change password option.
- Set a new, strong password.
- Save changes and test cPanel/FTP access.
Recommendations
- Use a password of at least 12 characters.
- Do not reuse keys from other services.
- Also update the password in your email/FTP apps if applicable.
If you cannot enter the customer area
Open a support ticket for identity validation and secure recovery.
