Which Moodle and PHP versions do you support?

When should we move from shared hosting to VPS?
If you expect more than 500 registered students, more than 25–50 concurrent users, simultaneous quizzes, SCORM, many plugins, or heavy reports, we recommend managed VPS from M3 upward.
What happens on final-exam day if there's a traffic spike?
Plans M3 and up include Redis for session caching and dedicated resources. If you have a critical exam, the right move is to tell us ahead of time so we can review expected concurrency, plugins, question bank size, and CPU/RAM margin.
Do you offer Redis to speed up Moodle?
Yes. Redis reduces database load and speeds up sessions when many users are active at once. For security and isolation we enable it from M3 on managed VPS, not on entry-level shared plans.
How do backups work?
On shared hosting we use JetBackup from cPanel. On managed VPS we define backups based on the chosen server: snapshots, external backups, and restore through SSH or a panel can be included, along with database and moodledata coverage.
