Terms and conditions

This document defines the operating rules, billing terms, acceptable use expectations, and responsibilities between NubeHost and each customer. By ordering or using our services, you accept these conditions.

We maintain these policies to protect platform stability and service continuity for every customer on the network.

Detailed terms

The following clauses preserve the legal and operational scope of NubeHost's service conditions, organized for faster review.

Service acceptance

Any individual or legal entity that orders services from NubeHost Networks accepts these terms and conditions.

Use of our services creates a legal agreement. We activate accounts only after payment is received and the order is reviewed to prevent fraud.

You must register a contact email address that does not belong to the contracted domain. That address is used for operational notices, incidents, and abuse reports.

If false contact information is detected, the account may be cancelled immediately.

Account transfers

Our technical team will attempt to help with site migration as an operational courtesy.

We cannot guarantee availability, compatibility, or exact transfer timelines because every provider uses different infrastructure and formats.

Migration assistance is free during the first 30 days. After that period, the request must be reviewed by support before any action is scheduled.

Permitted content and account security

Services may be used only for lawful purposes. The customer agrees to indemnify NubeHost against claims arising from use of the account.

We prohibit content that infringes copyrights or trademarks, promotes piracy, counterfeiting, fraud, obscene or illegal material, or pornography.

Rights violations may result in suspension without backup access until the issue is corrected. Fraudulent sites may be suspended or removed without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for securing scripts, permissions, and strong passwords. Accounts that create a security risk may be suspended until the vulnerability is fixed.

Zero-tolerance spam policy

Unsolicited email and the hosting of spam-promoting websites are not allowed.

NubeHost may require changes or disable any site that violates this policy.

If an account causes blacklisting, NubeHost may pass the cost of IP or server remediation to the account holder.

Payments, suspension, and recurring billing

You agree to pay in advance for the services covering the selected term.

Failure to pay results in account suspension and, if not resolved, account deletion after 15 days.

Unless explicitly cancelled, services renew on a recurring basis. Cancellations must be submitted in writing through the corresponding form.

Backups and data loss

Backups provided by NubeHost are a courtesy and do not constitute an absolute recovery guarantee.

Customers must maintain their own copies of critical data.

When data loss results from customer misuse, recovery from backups may carry an additional fee of $299.00 MXN.

Cancellations and refund guarantee

Cancellations may be requested at any time through the official cancellation form.

The 30-day refund guarantee applies only to annual shared-hosting plans.

Domain registrations, monthly plans, and design services are not refundable.

If a refund is requested on an annual plan with a registered domain, the associated domain costs will be deducted.

Bandwidth and CPU usage

Bandwidth allowances depend on the contracted plan. If an account exceeds its monthly limit, it may be suspended until the next billing cycle.

Suspension can often be avoided by upgrading to a higher-capacity plan.

Unused transfer does not roll over into future months.

Unlimited bandwidth is intended for standard website usage. Excessive traffic may require migration to a VPS server.

NubeHost reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or refuse accounts that abuse memory or CPU resources and affect other customers.

Price and resource changes

The price already paid will not increase during the term of your active contract.

NubeHost may update published pricing and adjust plan resources for new purchases or future renewals.

Disclaimer

NubeHost is not liable for direct or indirect damages your business may suffer from use of the services.

Services are provided without express or implied warranties, including warranties related to data loss or interruptions.

We may also correct typographical mistakes, incorrect pricing, expired promotions, or outdated information whenever they are detected.

Legal disclosure and policy changes

NubeHost may disclose customer information to competent authorities when legally required to do so.

We reserve the right to revise these policies at any time without prior notice.

You also agree that the information supplied for domain registration must remain accurate and current under ICANN requirements. Review the registrant rights and responsibilities.
